A Florida native, Robert was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, his law degree from Samford University Cumberland School of Law, and his Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University.
In his early career, Robert worked as an associate for the tax boutique law firm of Rosen & Reade in New York City, and thereafter for a large firm, Greenberg Traurig, LLP, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since founding Robert M. Wolf, P.A. in 1994, Robert has focused his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, with a special emphasis on estate and gift tax planning. Robert has been board certified in Tax Law by the Florida Bar since 1996.
Robert lives in Plantation with his wife, Liz. He enjoys swimming, history, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Ben is a South Florida native. He received his law degree and a masters in tax law (LL.M.) at the University of Florida, where he also received his undergraduate degree in business administration.
After graduating law school in 2013, Ben practiced for mid-size law firms in Maryland, where his practice focused on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, as well as corporate and transactional matters and tax dispute matters.
In 2021, Ben returned to Florida to go into practice with his father, Robert.
Ben lives in Wilton Manors with his wife, Sarah, and red-bone hound, Dany. He enjoys golf, pickleball, and spending time outdoors.
